Seeking Games that let you import your own images for a customizable protagonist?

Think Free Cities, Lilith's Throne, Fort of Chains, or the Strive games, where you can import pictures for all the customizable characters. Or even just Corruption of Champions 2 or Trials in Tainted Space, where you can import your own portrait for the protagonist only.

(I like drawing or 3D modeling my protagonist and being able to use that picture in-game.)
