Seeking Games that let you use custom images for characters (imagepacks etc)

Hello, I'm interested in games that let you import custom images to use as characters. Here are the ones I know of:

Slavemaker
Brothel King
Strive 4 Power
Strive Conquest
Jack'o'nine tails
Pytfall
Sim Brothel 2
Whoremaster

I'm pretty sure all of these are sandbox/management games but I'm open to any genre. There was this dlsite game based on girls stuck in walls that just let you display a single image on the wall but I can't recall what it was called. Does anyone know of any others? They can be anything as long as they let me import images. My favourite games from this list were probably Jack'o'nine tails, Brothel King and Strive 4 Power.

I'm curious what are the best of these types of games in your opinion? And have you found some new ones in the few years since you posted this?
