I'm looking for games where a character's (preferably NPCs) behavior drastically changes from one extreme to another. Just as an example a wholesome religious woman becomes the town bicycle or an idealistic school teacher who goes from adoring her students and being adored by them ends up letting them run a train on her behind the gymnasium. Basically I want to see ego death or somewhere close to it. Examples of games that has the content I'm looking for would be The Retreat and part of Panic Attack (the scene where the conservative mother is being fucked in front of her window by her step-brother while wearing nothing but a rubber pig nose). Also the corruption element doesn't have to be enacted by the MC it could come from an outside force like in The Retreat. Male or female MC doesn't matter but preferably male. Looking forward to your suggestions and if you need any clarification on whatI'm asking for then please ask.

I thought that scene in PA was the soldier day-dreaming. To be clear, are you talking about corruption or does it have to be something more sudden?
You're correct it was a daydream. I was using it as an example of a shift in character behavior that could happen in a game. Basically I want what the step-brother wants in Panic attack lol. I think I'd prefer gradual corruption but a more sudden change like something caused by mind control or drugs would be ok as well.
I just realized the "Basically I want what the step-brother wants in Panic attack" statement is misleading. The step-brother's motivations came from him resenting the female MC in PA. As far as I'm concerned the motivation doesn't matter.

Okay, so basically you want corruption games with the most comprehensive corruption arc, where the character at the end is almost nothing like when they started, and not just sexually.
SKA is my favorite for this, it's only half-done and the MC is already unrecognizable. It has a step-by-step approach to dismantling the MC's personality along with the sexual corruption.
Corrupted Saviors has player- and gameplay-driven violent corruption of procedurally-generated (or customized) characters. Another of the best for moral degeneration, though almost all done through rape and beatings, hardcore mindbreak stuff.
ioY has a frigid bitch boss turned into a masochistic cock-sucker, great non-con maledom game. Pyorgara's games do the same thing.
I may come back with some more later if you like these.

I'll take a look. With SKA what do you mean a step by step dismantling of her personality? I enjoyed IoY and I'm just waiting for a few more updates before revisiting it. I've played New's Desk and I'm curious how similar is A Soldier's Life to what I've asked for?

For SKA, the real-world corruption is done through mental changes and brainwashing of MC by MC's estranged childhood friend. Though there is also more standard H-RPG sexual corruption in the fantasy world, mostly prostitution-based.
News Desk is similar to SL, although the relationship is between professional rivals and the corruption is blackmail-based. Also the gameplay is different, it's an asymmetric card-game and deck-builder. I prefer it over SL, it's my favorite maledom game after ioY.

For male-MC, maybe Bitch Breaker, it's like a cross of ioY's themes (lowly employee gets dirt on asshole superior and doms her) and Akabur's overall design style. Witch Trainer there is a tie for 3rd place or even 2nd, if only it were harder maledom instead of this gaslight-grooming approach. Princess Tower is also good, but doesn't go very far yet.Third favorite maledom game?
