I know it's an old thread, but as someone looking for such titles, I'm affraid the few that do it well have already been mentioned, personally the only 4 games I know that make condom use have some kind of actual impact (and can be tampered with or sabotaged/break) are indeed Simple Days, Hazumi and Pregnation, some flash titles from NiiCri and Rinkan Hut, sadly most other titles, both those mentioned here and condom mechanics in other titles are almost always just a "mental barrier" so basically as long the girl doesn't totally love you - you need to wear one, after that, you can remove it and that's it, some games with x-ray will reward you by letting you see (a usually diappointing due to no inflation or build up) womb filling animation and that's it, no reactions, no effects, no consequences, some other games will literally make it a single event in whole game (which means it's hardly a gameplay mechanic and more of a small part of single event in the whole game story, mostly applies to VNs, including some that are mentioned here).
Of course someone may say "but that's all I need" and that's fine... but if you have slightly higher expectations regarding what exactly the game lets you do with it, there ain't that many choices sadly.
TLDR, 4 best titles with lots of condom use/breaking/sabotage where it's not a mental barrier but something that influences gameplay, has effects/consequences are:
- Hazumi and Pregnation (with mods condoms can break, without mods you have choice of wearing it or not, in some scenes you don't get a choice, makes you pregnant and pregnancy is done well unlike in most other games that suck in this regard, this is more proper, and not an ending, but more of a goal and something you can repeat many times)
- Simple Days (lots of events with choices about use of condom, ability to remove it or sabotage it (or birth control) in some scenes, multiple pregnancies possible as a result
And slightly less on basis of how simple these are:
- Rinkan Hut - rapey sim, you can wear the condom and give girl false sense of security or remove it and creampie her, there is a nice difference in girls reactions, animation changes slightly when you cum in condom (it slightly inflates) and cumming without condom few times gives you ability to do something many games are do badly (if they do it at all since they actually just do it very rarely) - proper cervix penetration
- NiiCrii games - not all, but some titles let you sabotage the condom or roll it off and in scenes where girl insists on one, it makes her pissed off, it's simple, but it's still better than 90% of VNs that have condoms in like one fucking scene or boring "It's a risky day, please use condom"... -> proceeds to level up the love gauge "now it's safe day, you can remove the condom" and so on till the end of the game, fucking weak ass bullshit, where is the realism, where is the pregnancy in this, well there isn't one... and neither there is in most NiiCrii games, unless you play Alice in the Room or MILF Saeko... those do have actual impregnation events... so the man knows his shit and his games are decent, so definitely give them a try.

Nah man, I appreciate this thread in a sense being used as a collective of games of all quality where condoms exist, as a sort of pseudo creation of a "Condom" tag that this site doesn't have yet. but until that tag exists, I can't pretend to take games like this seriously. What me, and I believe OP want, is a game with an actual fucking pregnancy system, where in condoms are either a constant threat, or power exertion, depending on if its male or female protagonist; that can be used, lost, removed, broken, depending on game factors like finances/relationship with the person or people your fucking/ chance.
Now, that's a big ask and a somewhat complex system. I understand that. Hazumi and Pregnation creates like 80% of that system, does nothing else, calls it a day, and as it is, it's a pretty damn good game. I'd eat up a fraction of what I just described like a starving piranha, and flesh is my middling kink. Depending on if you prefer being the sub in the relationship, Degrees of Lewdity does use condoms as part of its mechanics, and are mostly used to prevent pregnancy. I don't know if the condom can break, however.

What you did was give a dishonest representation of the game, it's characters, it's current state and it's contents. You also lied about how condoms fit into the gameplay and the game mechanics that use them.
None of what you wrote, from the ages, the intent of the FMC, the interaction of the FMC and the others, how condoms are represented etc. none of it is true.
For the record, condoms in the game are tied into the progression of events, progression of corruption, into the budget and into the time management aspects of the game.
Don't pretend you replied trying to help members when all you did was lie.

"Games with condom use" is pretty general, and I've played a few that have condoms as gameplay, whether they 'do it well' is up to you.
