Seeking Games where female MC can gradually get fit

Hello. Searching for a game right now, where your female MC starts as relatively normal girl, but is able to gradually develop athletic physique over time (six pack, bubble butt that stuff). Keep in mind i'm searching for athletic girls, not extremely bulking ones, so most female muscle growth games are not my thing.

it's not the MC but if you play Photo Hunt there is a girl like that you can have relations with. She's a gym rat with a nice physique minus massive muscles. In Our Red String you can make the female protag excerise more and increase some stats but I don't believe it changes her appearance. It does change what she can or can not do but not her appearence. You can change up her appearance by adding piercings and tattoos.

It is not an adult game, and making a pretty character is quite hard.
