Seeking Games where it starts of w/ innocent nudity

So instead of "ohh hot guy! i wanna fuckk!!"
I want games where the scenes/romance start because the MC has to nude model/ has water fall on his pants -> taken off for laundry / doctor checkup etc leads to interest.
I know a decent chunk of the mainstream games have this, still, I wanna see if I have games left to play.
Feel free to recommend whatever comes to mind with these situations

You probably already have but, try checking out Eternum if you haven't already.

There are great scenes but they all start slow and realistic, with romance being the main priority. I think one of the first scenes only starts because the girl is scared of sleeping alone due to a horror game they played, so I guess that's similar to your request.
