Recently played Netoria Tactics Revolution and Summer Sweepers I love how the MC is NTR:d and then the rival also can fuck the dude whose girl they stole. Anything other like this? Prefer a visual novel but others will do.

Earn Your Freedom 3D (or the 2d version by the same name) should have some of that, a bit later on in the game iirc.
