They can be controlled or not does not matter. But there are consequences for that actions tho.... Not bothered by NTR stuff and all.. I played "Our red string" which has the same mechanics.. But couldn't seems to find any other...

Lost at Birth (you can cheat on your wife if you want. it's a new game yet, so there isn't much content, but it's a very high quality game.)
A Wife and Mother (female protagonist. you can cheat on your husband)
Buried Desires (you can cheat on your wife if you want.)
These are the ones that come to mind
edit: I guess you want games where husband and wife cheat on 'each other'. In general, the cheat is one-sided, as we are playing a protagonist. I have never come across games where husband and wife cheat on each other. I won't delete it though, maybe you'll like these games too
