Seeking Games where MC cheating has real consequences?

I know this is kind of anathema to porn games, but a guy can dream. Are there any games where the MC choosing to cheat on their partner has real, story-affecting consequences? Bonus points if it also affects the ending.

If you date multiple girls they do find out and break up with him, no chance of getting them back.

If you cheat on the band member there is also a chance of breaking the band up.

The following have at least one path where cheating will end the relationship or lead to a bad end:
Defending Lydia Collier (whether the MC is caught depends on the paths and the cheating event, there's at least one for Vanessa's path)
Katawa Shoujo
Ramen no Oujisama (implemented in a rather stupid way but I suppose it counts)

Hmm, interesting. I kind of wrote that game off without playing after reading this review, which strongly suggests it's not my cup of tea, but perhaps I should give it a shot. Thanks for the recommendation.

Defending Lydia Collier: Tanya will give the MC an STD, he can infect others with it and Tiffany will also recognise him when they leave the stall, causing trouble on Vanessa's path. No idea how far the repercussions go.
Katawa Shoujo: No, I was thinking of a bad end on Shizune's route, if the MC has sex with Misha.
Ramen no Oujisama: It's on the path with the BDSM CEO, if you don't reject her sister the noodle chef when she kisses the MC.
