Identify Games where the MC starts out with 100 purity and events can lower it

It sounds pretty specific, but there's a decent subset of japanese games where the character starts out with 100 purity, and each event requires a certain purity level, and events will lower it by one or two.

I'm drawing a blank on most of them, though i know i've played like a dozen of them. The only one i can think of at the moment is Officer Chloe: Operation Infiltration

Sounds like just female-MC corruption RPG but with a number going down instead of up. I've played Chloe and I can't even remember the mechanics, especially with it being pretty linear. I think Manila Shaw may have been inspired by it. If you want a RPG themed around "numbers going down as MC gets lewder", maybe these will appeal. I think they have the scene stat requirements too.
