Seeking Games where the protagonist's appearance changes over the course of the game?

Specifically, what I want are games where the (female) main protagonist's appearance changes as the game progresses - whatever that may mean. And not through, like, outfit changes- I mean, like, proper appearance changes. That can mean anything from piercings, tattoos, or even just a different hairstyle to more physiological things. Ideally, it would be more 'long-term' (whether by choice or no) than something like a different set of clothes. Corruption would probably work really well with this, as well as exhibitionism and that whole suite of things, but it's not necessary per se.

I've not really played anything like that before, so I don't have any examples of what I'm looking for, I'm afraid. Only conditions are: no NTR/scat/guro, female protagonist, no VNs (preferably RPGs, and ideally combat-less RPGs, but that's an awfully tall order), no 3D, decent art and writing, and no overly large breasts. Honestly, though, just recommend stuff you think fits the bill - don't bother too much with this bit. Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

Overview: Walk in the shoes of an unnamed protagonist who dies in accident and signs a pact with the devil to become a powerful spirit, who can possess various npcs and slowly grows stronger. This makes the Betrayed unique as you do not control only one character, but many more during your journey. Whole game is set into modern times asset of small city. Just think about it, you can became almost anybody to get any girl you want.

Hm. The issue with something like real porn is that you don't have a proper representation of your character that you can see change over time, which is the main thing I'm looking for here.

Now that you mention it, I have actually played some of that one - I've not gone very far, though, and if the post's images are anything to go by, I'm looking for something more substantial than that. (However, if I recall correctly, the point I left off at had her meeting with that queen thing, and I think their conversation implied that transformation things were going to happen soon - so it might just be a question of having not gone far enough.) In any case, though, thanks for reminding me of it.

Putting aside the fact that it's 3D and a VN, 'possession' is not really what I'm looking for - like I mentioned above, what I want to see is change over time in the character's body, not switches in the body itself. (Also, the protagonist is still a guy, even if he does possess female bodies through the course of the story. Should've clarified that bit, my apologies.)

Its a VN, but other than that I think it should scratch your itch. And there are ALOT of choices that actually makes a difference with the endings, apperance of the MC etc.

I am somewhat aware of it, yes - as far as I can tell, it would scratch a great many itches (not just this one), but there's something about western artstyles that always puts me off. Might give it a shot now, though - thanks.
