Seeking Games where you can drop images in a folder and they'll show up in game

I've been enjoying Venus Club for a while, it's a nice "random porn clip viewer" because you can add new clips just by cutting them and dropping them into a folder, without modifying the game's script at all. I'd like something like that for porn images as well. There are games like Photographer's Lies and Time of Cherries that have similar gameplay to Venus Club, but not similar ease of modding. Any games where you can just drop an image into a folder, and it will sometimes be randomly displayed by the game?

Free Cities, Strive for Power, and Strive for Conquest allow you to load custom pictures for your slaves, as well as having them used for randomly generated characters.

The game on my signature will feature fully moddable cards in the future (this is, you'll be able to edit their pictures, or create new cards altogether), but it's not implemented yet. The first modding update (for character cards) will likely be released by the end of February.

Isn't that video?

You know, I used to play Whoremaster a lot back in the day, I think that might be pretty close to what I'm looking for. I do recall it having a good "random image viewer" kind of structure, but I can't remember how much effort was required to add new images or packs.

I was just thinking about this, because I'm still looking for a game where I can easily import images from other sources. Did you ever implement the moddable cards?

EDIT: I had it in my head that the game in question was Echoes: Cards of Destiny, so I looked at that game's thread and then posted here when I didn't see anything there about modding. I see now that it's a different game entirely, but I'll keep this here in case anyone else has other recommendations.
