is great at having you play as a tentacle monster and feeling like it.Defiler Wings(v1.01) is great and about being a dragon and what inspired Ravager IIRC.

sort of counts, you're playing as villain in magical girl story but what exactly you are is left vague besides just something able to control monsters.GANBARE! Tentacle is a short and amusing shmup about being a tentacle monster.
Time for Dragons is Defiler Wings fan reboot but haven't played it since it seems abandoned so dunno if it's even good.
Sadly don't know of any others that'd be worth mentioning.
The Orc Of Vengeance seems interesting thanks for mentioning, I'd also love to hear of any other games where you play as a monster.
