As the title suggests im looking for somewhat open games (not linear) where you can share your party members or whore them out for money maybe or lets say you whore them out to help you with a mission or something like that. Renpy or RPGM doesnt really matter to me I just dont want the game to be linear.

Have you tried Secret Care Cafe before? If by 'party members' you are looking for a more fantasy-inspired RPG game then SCC would not really fall under that category as it takes place in a more contemporary setting. But if you do not have a preference for the setting of the game, then I would recommend SCC as you essentially can whore out your GF and friends of your GF in the game to other patrons/customers of your maid cafe to make money and ensure more successful repeat business and whatnot
