Seeking Games with a input combo mechanic?

Hi all,

Since a while ago, I saw games that have a mechanic similar to calling down stratagems in the Helldivers series - a quick series of Up, Down, Left, Right inputs etc. to get something to happen. An example I've found is a game here - Cage of the Succubi - which i'll post a screenshot with beneath with the type of thing i'm talking about. Does anyone know of any types of games that have this type of thing? I like the feeling of challenge/reward that comes with it, but wasn't a fan of the massive femdom element - Combat elements are nice. Maybe I misunderstood something, but I genuinely think Dark Souls is less punishing than cafe of the succubi. Any recommendations and help is greatly appreciated!

Frontier of Sister Indulgence ~Tale of Lust in Poluluka~

has that as minigames, not combat though.

Sadly I had to give up on that game for it is not meant for gamepad players, as advanced minigames then insert also keys that need to be pressed among the up, up, left, up, down, and with too many keys mapped to gamepad buttons I would always be "err, which one was "c" again now?" ... tapped the wrong one, or just too slow. :(

But if you play by keyboard it should be fine, and the game has nice pixely art.

I totally understand - when I try to use my nintendo switch controller on PC to play games that were originally meant for console, there isn't often that much support and I have to remap what a PS button triangle or the xbox X being different from the switch X is.

Thanks for the recommendation, i'll be sure to check it out! Hope that other people reply with recommendations as well
