Seeking Games with a "prestige" mechanic.

Are there any good games with a "prestige" mechanic? As in you play the game and when you reach the end you can start again with increased stats or new skills.

I know about "Just One More Chance", which is the game that made me want more of this, as you can replay the game with the increased stats you built up in your previous runs. I've also played "Incubus City" which I guess fits the criteria as the next run with new skills and traits you earned from certain endings.

Anyone know something that fits?
