Seeking Games with actual gameplay that isn't combat or just kinda moving around

I know it's pretty common to ask for games with actual gameplay, but I have a few more specific caveats. I'm defining gameplay as "activities that a player might enjoy doing even if it weren't a sex game." I'm looking for games that have gameplay like that, which isn't combat, and isn't focused on movement (like platformers, or games like Treasure of Nadia where you just click on different locations to get things). Examples of games that would fit this request are HuniePop (a match-3 puzzle isn't exactly something I'd be excited about playing if it wasn't a sex game, but it still does qualify as real gameplay that isn't combat), Lab Rats 2 (which has some decent business management elements, but please don't just recommend a bunch of brothel sims), and News Desk (where a card battle represents... I guess like psychological warfare, almost; two news anchors trying to psyche each other out during a newscast). Also, the upcoming Supermodel: Defenders of Desire (where you play a card game that represents a sexy photo shoot).

SKA - maybe the only H-JPRG I've enjoyed in terms of gameplay. Also fits your other thread for anime-style corruption, and is one of the best at that too imo, if you don't mind the mind-control theme and slow start.
TIG - Extremely similar gameplay to Papers, Please. Doesn't even feel like a cheap knockoff, it's pretty decent.

in case rb813 is still looking, https://f95zone.to/threads/the-dungeon-of-lulu-farea-kill-screw-marry-galaxy-wars.2612/post-13779674 technically it is combat, but actually it is purely puzzle, and quite demanding so even on "normal" difficulty. Moreover it is occasionally VERY funny.

If you like it, there is a sequel which is not as good but still ok - as long as you do not touch hard mode, that is. Not because too difficult, but because too convoluted and messy and not fun.

And there is https://f95zone.to/threads/the-hero-trial-full-moon-higure.23678/ - not really story or characters , but same puzzle, only even more difficult in early parts.
