Seeking Games with actually good gameplay?

Of the HRPGs and NTRPGs I've played up to now, the mobs scale directly with the player's level, combat is just spamming one or two attacks, there are only a maximum of two party members, etc.

Are there any H-games with at least somewhat good gameplay? What are your recommendations?

Kamidori alchemy master easily

Kamidori is pretty good, although I screwed my own enjoyment by playing hard mode on second playthrough making most of my units unplayable during extra missions.

I'd also recommend Eiyuu Senki, had a lot of fun with the combat system in that.

I always thought that Saki Quest had pretty challenging combat. Its one of the few H games that I have played that I feel like implemented a system where you unlocked h scenes by losing pretty well.

The "Rance" series usually has decent combat.

A game that is coming out in a bit that might have good combat "Star Knave" by Oko, but it is a very different type of aesthetic.
