Seeking Games with battle or sex systems like Kunoichi Botan

So i just played kunoichi botan and found it amazing, and i've been looking for something with similar battle mechanics, where sex and fighting are integrated into each other, and there's a risk of losing from cumming or letting things go on for too long. But honestly anything with a similar atmosphere or well built characters you actually feel like protecting are fine too. Not into VNs or RPGs without any form of action. Also not into 3D stuff.
