Seeking Games with Child Raising

I am not looking for any porn games where underage characters are in any kind of sexual situation.

Wanted to get that out of the way because I feel like any title I make for this post is going to sound bad. I am looking for games where the MC can impregnate npcs or get pregnant themselves, and then the children from those pregnancies become NPCs themselves once they are born and grow up. If the game has incest as a result of such things then please mention if it is avoidable or not.

For a reference I am thinking about the children mechanics in Corrupted Kingdoms where the pregnancies resolve and you get a baby out of it that grows up and you can interact with them. This game understandably limits how many children you can have and your interactions with them, but i was wondering if there are any games with a stronger sandbox element that fits this criteria?

Greener Pastures - you can have as many children with the LIs as you want, but only the first is interactable. They don't grow up from newborns during the story, but you get some scenes that are described as how the MC imagines they'll be like when they're kids.

Headpats & Handholding. (Which is my first game and doesn't have near the polish as the second. But it's a complete game at least.)

Love & Corruption! This is not a corruption game or anything unwholesome- in fact, it might be the most wholesome game on my list! No incest or anything weird with the children- it’s actually just a pure and wholesome family relationship. Child raising & pregnancy content comes near the end of the current gameplay, but it’s very in depth about everything and the romance is so cute! There’s a lot of LIs (completely optional harem) with each of them able to have written in (as in, they have a whole story with set names and stuff) children as well as a lot of pregnancy content if you’re into that : D

It doesn't, I'm fairly certain there isn't an ending to the game (especially since the story is quite far from being finished)
