Seeking Games with choices that matter

I'm looking for games where illusions matter, I'm tired of finding games with illusory choices that do absolutely nothing to change the characters and the story.

Games I hate: Eternum(A good art doesn't justify an attempt to sell me a book per game)
Fashion Bussines (I like to dominate, although I consider that this game is valid for submissive people, but not for me).

Games I like: Ravager, Friends In Need, DropOut Saga, GGGB and Our Red String, Masters Of Raana.

I have nothing against ''games'' like Eternum, they just don't seem like games to me but more like a movie.
Thanks in advance for the recommendations.

https://f95zone.to/threads/tyrant-quest-final-redikal.30393/ Choices lead to one of several extended endings focused on a character or harem

https://f95zone.to/threads/venus-blood-chimera-ninetail-dual-tail.11015/ Same, but it's gameplay-driven and you could get a bad end if you fail to train at least one of them enough iirc. The rest of the series is also of interest, but they're pretty complex strategy-RPGs with poor tutorials.
I usually like role playing games so I have no problem in trying it, regarding the other game I had it saved but I have not decided whether to try it yet or not, thanks for your recommendations.

Have you tried College Daze? I hesitate to suggest it because it is heavily narrative driven but offers way more in terms of player choice than a lot of games on this site do. It might not seem appealing by the screenshots alone but I encourage you to try it if you haven't already.

The Last Sovereign or it's free

Lots of choices with great consequences, being a completionist it hurts when I remember I made a wrong choice early in the game, but I've already spent 100 hours so there's no way to go back. Give it a try if you're interested in economics and politics like me.

I've tried it, my problem is that I'm not a big fan of games with real porn.

I like this kind of games, I've played it a little and so far it's not bad although I don't know if at some point it will let me choose between being evil or good, I think that would be a plus.

Daibanchou

Choices in the early (school) chapter affect MUCH. And you have to make real choices, you can not do/ have it all - it is either this OR that.

But it is cryptic - to find out what affects how, you'd need to play several times. Some things I think you can not really find them without being obsessed. A true timesink

And even though Daibanchou is all about the gameplay, some of the sex scenes were actually written to my liking (most not, too many virgins).
