Been itching lately for a game where I can have sex with "myself" in some form, whether that be in the form of a clone or a doppelganger or whatever, or even just swapping bodies with someone else and then having sex with my original body. I know that Tales of Androgyny has a doppelganger, but I don't think there's much content there. Free Cities Pregmod has some kind of cloning thing going on, but I don't really like management games. And I think Monster Girl Quest has something, but I don't like monster girl stuff either.
At this point, I'd even take a game where you can create a customisable NPC and make it like myself. Newlife has fantastic customisable NPCs but is a bit lacking otherwise, in my opinion.
