Seeking games with customizable girls

I guess the technology is lacking right now to have customizable 3d girls without spending hours making 500 renders for the same scene just for changing the haircut/color, breast size, pubic hair, etc... Developpers more familiars with the softwares can correct me if I'm wrong. I hope I will see it happen one day though !

i know that it is a long shot but i am looking for old games . the games out now suck hard and not in a good way lol.
