As a life-long member of the IBTC I highly recommend Son of a Bitch. Plenty of A-cups in Avenger's games.
Played that already, enjoyed it, when I played the best girl (Yana or whatever, the stepsister) had like no content, so I'm waiting a little to play it again until it has more content.
I just played Coceter for the first time yesterday and fell in love with the small breast, but I hear they changed the breast size bc complaints. In the version I played though, there's three girls with breasts like these ....
and its the only game I've been able to find besides Elenia and her friend (forgot her name) in Dating My Daughter, which I'm not the biggest fan of.
Its hard enough finding good adult games, then on top of that narrowing it down to small breast has become a big problem.

I know some folks have an over-sized breast fetish, but I think when you see it take a front seat in some visual novels/games, it's either due to the region it was created in and/or the fetish the creator is into... I personally think that proportionally normal to hand size is good enough, not flat, but enough to hold at least... Oversized breasts are actually a turn off, for me, most of the time... When they are insanely large, like unbelievably large to the point of the character has to be toppling forward when walking big, then I think it has gone way beyond overboard, into the absolutely ridiculously silly, ball park... But you see it in MMORPG's as well, when they allow people to create characters with abnormally large breasts... Makes you wonder if they really are into that, or if they are just trying to be silly...
Damn they ruined her, she was way better before.

Sorry for replying to this ancient post, but I also like the smaller kind of breasts and find it hard to find games that feature them. Pusooy's Games are quite good in that regard. However, i have no idea if they can be found here. Check out Beach Party (Reunion), Farmer's Daughter or (yikes) Castle Gravenstein, for instance.

I am also a fan of smaller breasts (not completely flat!). I like medium sized breasts as well, but smaller ones have such a nice shape and are underrepresented. They look elegant and subtle. I like that. Big breasts I am not a big fan of. The pixie in Long live the Princess has perfect breasts in my opinion. I hope more developers think about more diversity in this regard. Also I find it weird that the older a character the larger the boobs in many games, as if the boobs would grow the whole life – where are the MILFs with small breasts? That is a gap in the market! a petite aunt nephew incest game lol……

I do like this game especially the younger daughter with small breasts and semi rocker look. Ultimately i i probably prefer the small to medium size breasts i do like larger breasts as well IF they look natural. And that is usually the problem i have with these games is they just seem natural too me.
