Seeking Games with good physics and character customization/creation, interaction

Literally just game with good customization like size, form, etc, with good physics, like boobs physics.
Sandbox if there's any, Interactive, like can play with boobs, etc.

Android preferably or PC.

Koikatsu and Koikatsu sunshine have about the same amount of customization although the graphics are more on the anime side but you get the option of selecting actions for both hands and your tongue and can unlock/buy toys too there is also a massage minigame maybe those would be closer to what you are looking for?
