Was wondering if anyone knew any games that have similar mechanics to the game Gran Ende II, where there's a submenu to perform h-scenes, but in secluded spots and not in the middle of the streets. Another part of mechanic I'm looking for is games where h-scenes can be optional, rather than only scene scripted.

The submenu thing is unique to Gran Ende 2. While I'm certain there are others with it, this is the only game its implemented well. As for optional H-scenes, why not play games by circle Clymenia like Liz & The Tower Town. Anything with a virgin ending is what you're looking for.
