I've played A LOT of games on this site. Some of those games were RenPy visual novels. However, I noticed that in almost all games both female and male characters do illegal, mean or naughty stuff that breaks other characters' boundaries, but... the female characters' actions of that kind are always ignored, treated as 'cute' or tactfully called wrong. Female characters morally wrong actions are never properly adressed by anyone, especially by the male characters.
On the other hand, male characters' are usually assumed to be perverts in some capacity, even if they act normally. Perhaps it is so for reasons of immersion, but for me it doesn't work. I feel like I'm 'weird' writing this, but I wouldn't have been able to just have sex with someone I just met a few weeks ago. I also enjoyed reading some erotic stories in the past, and porn without a story doesn't do it for me. If I don't like a character because of their personality, actions, or appearance, I always skip the sex scenes with them, because I'm just not into it. On the other hand, sometimes sex scenes with hand holding can be extremely hot and filled with sexual tension.
This is where I ask you: Do you remember any games you would recommend, which have both sexes treat each other equally? Or at least the male characters not be treated essentially as lower species the female characters? Do you have similar experiences with porn?
