So, first of all:

Preferably, the game has female protagonist(But it's still okay if you play for the man).
Second - it shouldn't be classic "ugly bastard blackmails young hottie" trope. Not my kink at all. Something more of "Hot girl next door somehow got attached to her grandpa neighbour"(the closest I've seen it was Parker/Jessica type in AWAM).
Third - no anime and japanese-like stuff. Not my shit at all.
Anyone got any recommendations, lads?

I don't know how it plays out with the old man next door in AB (or with most of the ugly oid bastards in the game except Nigel who has a BDSM-focused arc and Otis(?) who has a hypno bimbo arc) but it may well fit the bill.

First game that came to mind for ugly bastard on bombshell female is CS, but it's mostly non-con/dubcon. Though with some player-driven brainwashing, she can fall for them and do stuff consensually.

This dev focuses on big-tiddy MC falling for middle-aged ugly bastards (not very convincingly), but both his games are in development hell.

I'm also interested in what you looking for. Unfortunately, what's predominant is the old bastard blackmailing the young hottie trope. It's very difficult, not to say impossible, to find a game with a grandpa old MC; and the other way round, the majority fall in the trope mentioned above.
However, I wouldn't say that Anna EA don't fall in the ho squad. I mean, if you want to play this game, you must follow the ho route. Or, you're referring to her relation with Alfred and his friends, which is consensual ?

no need for excuse. this forum offers many search options via tags but there is STILL NO oldman or uglybastard tag. wrote this plenty of times to the mods over the past 5 years or so and they ALWAYS ignore it.
this forum needs this search function. even adultgamescollector has it. would make this much more convenient and better cause this forum gets overrun by harem and young pretty guys as mc games which i personally am not really into.

and if you only like games with uglyman/oldman and hot women which are curvy and have attractive "normal" faces and prefer 3d renders then its even harder... and about half of the few which are out there get canceled/the development stops often when it starts to get interesting...

i am about 5 years in this forum. i played quite some games here. i would say about only 20-25 where with those checkboxes we are looking for here. from these about 20-25 only about 5-10 are still worked on. about 5 got stopped development or have way too slow development. and the rest 5-10 simply were not good (at least for me) cause either the renders sucked, the female models sucked or where/are way too thin/immature looking or its grindy as heck and no fun to play etc.

AEA still thankfully is in prodcution. first game and long time fan. even tho it loses more and more track and identity. too many characters and too many of the same locations. less focus on mostly ugly and old men with fmc which is very unfortunate. still happy to see the game is still worked on.

lily of the valley unfortunately stopped development.

the office or how its called with gail as fmc also has a scary long break.

victoria in big city has its ups and downs its still in development but not certain how it will go.

downfall story of corruption started interesting, went strong but gets a bit too extreme and without or just few choices... but still in production.

being a wife is nice and promising but has a bigger break at the moment but looks promising and is still worked on.

lustful voyage is VERY promising, still worked on and has great quality.

there were some really great and promising games i could mention but most have either breaks from a year or more or are officially canceled.... so sad man...

Meh, back to vanilla)
I dunno...at the time the trope of a hottie falling for someone ugly and old without any backhanded motives is cool yet barely seen. One may say that it's unrealistic, but teenage nerd banging hot women is unrealistic aswell) Both cases are hot in their own way because of a very small chance of things like this happening IRL.

My current project is more vanilla-focused but if I somehow manage to find success with it, the next one will for sure be FMC.
