Recently played Succum Brewery and really enjoyed the on-the-job flirting aspect of it.
I also know of:
Karryn's Prison: Contains a bar/deskjob/stripdance minigame with a similar feel to it.
Corruption Town: Bar minigame where customers will flirt and harass the heroine
Ane Kasegi: Bar/restaurant game, but unfortunately the scenes are just events that might or might not happen when you start the working shift.
Are there other games that has a focus on this type of gameplay? It doesnt need to be bar related, just have flirting and seducing mechanics during a job.
