Seeking Games with passives

I've seen multiple games with passives which all of them were really good and I was hoping if there are more like them,
The games I'm referring to are

• Karryn's prison
• Curious Tales of Yaezujima -Rinko Kageyama's Endless Summer-
• Sword Art Online: The Trap of Breath Concealed Magic
• Satisfy him

All these games have a menu with the passive effects which some change the gameplay and some don't but I really like the visible progress.
