I tried this game out 2 days ago. It was amazing. It's interactive, has a decent cycle system, contraceptives, fertility pills, condoms, certain events. I was a bit disappointed that it has no story, or dating or [Doesn't like impregnation] clients so you could sabotage protection, but still it was a really detailed game! I recommend the experience!

I can't wait to see what the dev does next! All we need is a better story, better relationship system, and some accidental impregnation! Then this game will be perfection!

Hmm. I prefer having the "choice" to impregnate, the possibility to "fail" and that I don't have to fight lots of mithologycal monsters haha (it sets on present time), extra points if the game has prostitution and incest in game world. That's the only reason I love Summertime Saga, story sucks a little but the gameplay is decent. Does anyone knows any western games with that kind of freedom?
-S.H.E.L.T.E.R. seems like a good game, has a very rudimentary pregnancy system but it is possible with all relatives of MC.
-LAB RATS 2 good preg system, good story, the only problem is that most characters models are randomly generated and sometimes looks are weird (it will have more interactions and content so.. good game)
Honorific mention:
-Succulence 1 and 2, there is not a preg system but boi they are good, the teacher can interact with her class... a lot of freedom and possibilties with game world. Plus character is hot/authentic
-A zombies life and urban demons, again there isn't preg system but lot of incest and good characters

Not really. Only thing that comes to my mind is College Daze. You can try and impregnate a few demons where its allowed, but they will probably update those routes as well. It has nothing to do with RPG Maker games nor it has any of the "open world" aspects. The story branches you can take are pretty impressive though. Also, I'll try to update the OP now, it has been quite a ride since then.
Summertime Saga got the pregnancy implemented, but even with the minigame it has I wouldn't call it interactive impregnation. It's a skill based chance, nothing connected to biology. Still worth an honorable mention though.

There's actually a neat trick/bug to the impregnation minigame -- if you're playing on Windows, quickly tap the CTRL key on your keyboard before the wheel comes to a complete stop if you're not satisfied with the outcome it's about to land on. This will reset the wheel, and you'll get another try/spin. Other platforms may have a similar trick, but I don't have anything to test that with.
Also, you can increase chances of impregnation with the Pregnax pill, or completely eliminate it with the Cumdoom pill (either one will cancel out the other, but there's a limit to how often you can take them). Both of these become available at the end of Diane's route. More info on this is in the

Well most of the games use the same Safe/Unsafe day method. What's special in Simple Days is there are different conversations during sex depending on what type of day it is, and you have different options to increase your chances of impregnating someone. Sadly I have no similar game in mind.
However there are better pregnancy systems in other games if you look around.
Tried it multiple times to see if the pregnancy mechanics got deeper, but sadly its just a percentage roll and then a money "debuff".
Love and Corruption by Airell and Corrupted Kingdoms by Arc probably have the most interaction with your MCs kids than any other games I've found out there. Downright fuckin' wholesome. CK's pregnancies are very short, so not a lot of time to get those pregnancy sex scenes. Love and Corruption's concubines can have as many as five kids, and several have at least one interactable unique child.
Reminds me of Adam and Gaia. You can have infinite kids with all the women you meet, and then make infinite kids with your daughters etc. You can try playing around with the genes and make mixed babies with different fetishes. Once you explore everything you start seeing the pattern, but it's a pretty awesome system.

Ravager's pregnancy system is pretty lacking. It's just a cum inside get pregnant kind of thing. However the gameplay is really good! You have to carefully manage your choices or it might a game over for you any time.
