Seeking Games with ridiculous outfits/armors/clothes except it's somehow justified

I'm looking for a game where the female characters wear exposing /slutty outfits. But I don't want it to be just because the developer thought it was hot. There should be some sort of justification in the game for why they are wearing it.

It could be that it's a Magical Girl outfit they transform into so they have no choice, or like in Treasure Hunter Claire they get stronger the fewer clothes they wear. Or maybe they just enjoy exposing themselves like that.

Bonus:

• they are embarrassed to wear clothes like that
• People react to the worn attire
• female protagonist
