If I may add a few games: Our fate, Sisterly Love and Dr. Amana. They all offer a good and a bad path (and both are well executed).
Another promising game is Lexi.

Imo yes, it does. It is not a game for a quick fap, you have choices to ponder and consequences to deal with.
Anyway, I am not good at praising a game: take a look at the synopsis and the reviews and see if you like it.
