This would go against the "stable sexual genius" with the "stable horse penis" trope. So, there's probably no "normal/vanilla" game with such MC.
And then there are the ones with a submissive male MC (main character/protagonist). In case you're after/don't mind those, then I think you can find some games where the MC gets "frustrated" from being "teased and not released" that somewhat fits the description of cumming from the slightest touch -- that too is a trope in the submissive circles.
