Seeking Games with settings where sex is easy come easy go

One thing I like about Cloud Meadow is the setting, where nobody blinks an eye at a frontiersman breeding with the monsters. I'd like to get recommendations on games with settings where people have sex easily and often.

Edit: I should add, I'm looking for games with 2D CG especially. Not really a fan of the 3D stuff. Big boobs are a plus too, of course.
