I recently played the game " My Employes's family" big fan of Natori games. there was a scene in it where everyone was at the dinner table and another man's wife sits on his lap and he starts fucking her under her dress while everyone talking. There are a lot of NTR games that have this sort of hidden sex, like bloodrite said. Some that stand out are Bawdy Traditions, which has a bunch of scenes where the wife is having sex or getting another guy off under her husband's nose. Trouble in the Arena (futa NTR - but the MC is such a dumbass that it's much easier to identify with the futa character) has some scenes like that too. Since it's a fantasy game it can do creative things with portals and other magic.

Outside of NTR games, Succubus Trick: Grown Up Problem might be your best bet. It has scenes like that at a dinner table, behind a kitchen counter, at/under a teacher's desk, under a blanket, etc. At least one of them is a netori scene.

Sexbot also has a few scenes with hidden sex in a public location, in front of other characters.
