Looking for a game that includes scenes involving these devices, games with a focus on bondage with these in them is a big plus

I think I've seen something like that in BMO, but not sex-related and probably part of a bad ending. Now, if heavy bondage / encasement is your thing, No Escape is the game for that. It may not have a straitjacket but it has other ways of making hands useless or just completely encasing the character.
On the straitjacket side of things
Short game about being forced into an asylum program, being subjected to various treatments as you try to find a way to escape, or don't. No sexual content, or at best just stimulations through clothing, can't remember
