Depending on which aspects of the stereotype you care about anything with "magical girl" in the title might qualify.

If it has to be western superheroes I would recommend Rogue-like or searching for your favourite licensed characters, most "original" ones will be mashups or knockoffs anyway.

Check through the superpowers tag. If you don't want parody's though there's Superpowered, and the already mention Lust Hero.

I add to previous titles already quoted from other users ( i can suggest for sure to play Something Unlimited and Super Powered ) , some of the games that i played and i liked more :
Rogue like Evolution : Xmen parody , one of the best super hero games in my opinion
Agent of Heels Parody games about Marvel Shield
Infinity Crysisis Marvel and DC Super hero all together ( parody ) , completed game .. if you like both universes you will enjoy
