This is probably a weird and less popular interest but I'm looking for games that revolve around swapping specific things like body parts, personality, and/or other traits. I'm aware of many adults STORIES, but I don't think i've seen adult games like that. I've only found one parts swapping game called Trading Up but that doesn't seem to be in active development.

Yeah, tbh, what you are asking for is quite a niche topic area...I'm only vaguely familiar with body-swapping games like College Daze for instance...and there aren't that many body-swapping scenes in the aforementioned, only some events here and there as it is not a core gameplay mechanic IIRC...
