i had a ton of fun with this game. i just liked how chill the gameplay

A short but sweet game from SpriteHills called Alternate DiMansion Diary should be up your alley. If you like the sprite animations, I think you'll also enjoy SpriteHills's other works.

Sol Rui After Mini is also a pretty well-renowned title with Live2D animation to boot. You navigate through 4 different scenarios with traps and other similar gameplay. It's not exactly like either of the aforementioned, but you should like it nonetheless.
