Ive been playing alot of these games recently, and mpst if not all have very similar characters that would be indistinguishable except for a few features. however, i found that with personal trainer there were a variety of sizes ages etc in the models, and was wondering if there were other good, semi or fully complete games with unique models?

Yes i loved that about Personal trainer too. its kinda iffy with me too that all of the women in almost all of the games are knockouts. Sadly i dont know any other game with such models.
Light of my Life, probably. They're all quite unique, some even call them ugly but I severely disagree.
