Seeking Games with visible change/openness ?

Can someone recommend a (sandbox) game where Girls you date/corrupt and so on actualy have different reactions to the same action depending on their Lust, Love or Corruption ?
I tried to play Glamour a while back and while the Renders where great, there was almost no gameplay, all you did was trigger events in an order thats predetermined.
Outside from that, doesnt matter how many Orgies you had, the Girl you see on the couch in the morning will have the same text and reaction as in the beginning of the game, no option to fool around for example.
Basically im looking for games where the more you progress, the more choices you have, not just the boring same event over and over at the same time, with the same text, with the same outcome.

Karryn's Prison avoids scene-based progression and instead has an insane amount of content, especially dialogue, to reflect progression and yeah, it varies for the same actions. If, e.g. depending on MC's slut level and various other factors, there are 3-4 ''tiers'' of dialogue you can get for interactions with patrons. And each type of sexual interaction has its own progression, e.g. you can build MC to enjoy dirty talk or boob-grabbing and still hate everything else, or be a footjob queen and not touch anyone in any other way.

The downside is, it's also an insanely obtuse game and actually getting the exact outcomes you want can be tricky until you have like 20 hours of experience with the game, or someone to guide you. Doesn't help that the game by default has an autosave-based save system, so undoing mistakes isn't normally an option. Still highly recommended if you want a non-linear corruption game with a stupid amount of player choice and quality art to boot.
