I'm looking for something that has wife sharing + swinging. A lot of the NTR stuff out there is full of humiliation type stuff which I'm not a huge fan of.

All of those are already in there, except for Lily of the Valley.
Can you elaborate on this? I don't recall a sharing/swinging scene for her the last I played it.
