May somebody help me find a game about a abused boy stopping time. He goes on to start harem that included a boy with among the many girls. It's also on Itch. Help me giving me the name of the game.

But the game you are look for is Deadlocked in Time.
The installation is a bit all over the place. You probably need to read both these posts, #1 and #2, as multiple downloads are needed to play the game in full. The main breakdown is Chapter 1-5 are one game and Chapters 6+ are another. Though there are various patches on top of that for some very specific kinks.
