Depends on the game engine honestly. You can pick up Windows emulator (Winlator) from github and run some games on it. But it's a hit or miss cuz the emulator is still new.
As far as rpgm or renpy, joiplay supports those for android.

Yeah I've been playing rpgm and renpy on joiplay for awhile now, I mainly wanted to know if I could play games like I think its called school love and friends.

You can try the emulator that I suggested to see if it works. Unity-engine based games rarely offer android ports cuz it's a hassle. Joiplay won't support unity or unreal engine either
