Workupload is one of the few good host that's fast, no fishing links, file exist for long time, no account required to upload.
But I see a few people saying they can't reach the site. This might be overreaching, but which region are you from?
Maybe you can try to use JDownloader.

Maybe it need another part to extract since its not completed part

seems like its blocked on the philippines, used a vpn and finally got in the site though!

Maybe sa Provider mo lang, was able to download it normally but the app's not working. Already tried renaming it to apk and i cannot extract it as well.

I download oji-mama from this thread (page 73 : https://f95zone.to/threads/gay-protagonist-games-list.48900/post-14128807 ) but there a bug, the game freeze in the moment of the last week, some dialog after he say some months laters, does anybody have this bug too or there is a way to pass that bug.

edit ; problem solved, the bug is because the sound is muted, I will let this post for anybody who have the same problem
