I just realize many, nearly every 3D renpy VN looks somewhat the same, their character looks different because it's by many different artists, but every model looks like it was made from the same base

IT IS GOOD. Though you can just extract all the stills, sprites, and cgs from the file.
Hi does anyone have any translated game by Undeground Campaign beside “Okinawa Slave Island” and “Hedonistic Offering” ? Or any recommendation for their game that can be translated using MTool?

It depends on the system the game is using.
- If it is an RPG-Maker game, then chances are you can find images in the game folder, though they may be in an image format that can be unpacked with Petschko's web-based tool.
- If it is a Twine game, the images should be already readable in a subfolder somewhere.
- If it is a Unity game, there are ways to extract the files but in my experience it is hard (lots of different versions of Unity, different ways of packing games, etc). Sometimes you get lucky with Unity and the files are also stored raw. I only recommend doing this if you are familiar with Unity and already have some of the dev tools running on your computer.
- If it is a RenPY game, then you may get lucky and see files already unpacked in the folder structure within 'game'. Devs also have the option of bundling everything into one big archive file, usually called 'archive.rpa'. To break those open, you can use a program called rpaExtract available on a user's itch.io page -- just drag the archive onto the exe.
