Can anyone recommend a game where the MC is a man and the clothes can change depending on the outfit he's wearing and he can also collect underwear and stuff like that?

Can anyone recommend a farming game with breeding and male pregnancy? I've been looking for such game for a long time, but most often even in a fury fantasy universes there is no such thing.

The most relevant game with Actual farming Gameplay will be "Stardew Valley" with mods. There're quite a lot gay mods like "Devious Valley".
Cloud Meadow was supposed to be such a game, but it's a Total Scam that has nothing of substance.

There are some RPGM game with random farming elements, like Tsukumo's "Survival in Baradise", UGCP's "Hedonistic Offering", but no breeding.

Sadly no game AFAIK has sandbox breeding + MPreg, that's not a scam or not abandoned :confused:

I'm currently playing this game lol. And while looking at the variety of fantasy characters (and the possibility of gay sex) a logical question arose. Oh well.

:HideThePain: If I'm not mistaken, there was a game (Mating Season?) that had this feature. But I played it when it was in a very early access, I don't know what's up with it now.

MPreg is actually not that rare, many kinky games like Flexible Survival, GameOver or many Japanese gay games hav such contents.
What's Rare is Free Breeding + MPreg.
Tho I guess it's pretty rare for non-fantastic games, since it's a fantastical kink ;) .
