It's a twine game so it can be, you'd just have to download the game's html and all the assets yourself then put them in the expected folder hierarchy. Kind of a pain but if you want it hard enough you can do it.

Ok but how to download it from the webpage as there is no HTML file?

You inspect the page and find where it's loading from. In the end either you are good enough at tech/html to find it yourself or find some guide for it online i guess.

I think the creator himself doesn't want a downloadable version to prevent it from being shared.

I already tried to download it but the problem is that the game doesn't load all the images that I haven't seen yet.

And that's why i said it was kind of a pain and mentioned in the next reply you need to be good enough at this stuff to do it. The page loads the images when you get to them. How does it do it and know where the files are? It links them from the folders they are in and loads them in the page. Once you have the location the html file is stored in on the site and download it i thought it was pretty obvious how to get the rest of the files. If it's not something you have the technical know-how to pull off or the drive to put in the time to do it then i guess you have to wait for someone else to feel like it. And yes, there's no download version probably because he doesn't want to make it too easy or something since making a downloadable version from twine is trivial.
