Genesis 9 pose error

are you sure that you are using G9 pose instead of G3/G8 poses

normally when you are using a pose from a different Genesis it will cause this to happen

make sure that you are using G9 pose on a G9 Genesis and make sure that you have your character selected when applying the pose

The folder being named "Conversion P[something]", I guess that it's a Genesis 3/8 converted to Genesis 9, what would explain the problems.

Yes, by editing the faulty bones and correcting their transforms.

Or by testing other pose converters, there's perhaps one that do a better job.

From the look of it, not sure what you use but once pose transfered, try Joint Editor Tool>Select Figure>edit>Adjust Rigging To Shape.
